We, the Linen Ladies think we have a valuable service to offer. We think we have
covered all the necessary steps to insure that you have the linens you need at the
appropriate dates and locations you have specified. We will package your linens with
your name tag that will specify your inventory, address of the rental unit you are
renting and your dates. Keep all your bags for your linen return (either to your realtor or
pickup at the unit at check-out). Initial the RETURN Receipt that the inventory in the
return bag is correct and matches our item count (see example below).
PICKUP for NORTH CAPE MAY and Villas is at 9 AM!!!!!!!
PLEASE check your inventory and initial the return receipt for missing pieces as we reserve the right to charge your credit card appropriately to replace the missing pieces. You are responsible for any damage or loss to the linens and equipment you rented from us. If the linens are ripped or stained and cannot be used again your card will be charged to replace them (rental price). Equipment charge is the replacement value of the piece lost or damaged. Please note, LINEN LADIES of Cape May assumes no responsibility and/or liability for any injury and/or accidents due to the use or mis-use of any rental item.
RETRIEVAL FEE of $20 will be charged if we cannot pickup your linens because they are locked inside the unit or not returned to the realtor or left in such disarray that we have to collect and bag them ourselves because you did not. It is your responsibility to read the literature we provide and have your return order outside by the front door at 10 am or back to your realtor by 10 am.
We ask that each sheet set be returned inside one of its pillowcases. Your confirmation email before your visit gives you all this information, it is also on your Return Receipt inside your bag and also on the stickers on the bag. There is a $5/sheet set handling fee if you disregard our return instructions. Our Baby equipment is picked up at check out. If it is raining please don't leave unprotected. PLEASE do not give us mattress pads or bedding from the house. We don't rent mattress pads and whatever bed coverings were on the beds when you arrived are the homeowner's. Please leave them at the house. If returned to us, we will launder and make arrangements to take the items back at your expense (including the delivery fee). So pay attention to details when you are checking in.
COVID-19 Update: We have new items to help stem the reach of the Covid Virus. These new items are offered to help you feel comfortable and safe in your vacation rental.
Cotton and Plush Blankets- Pillow Protectors- Pillow w/Pillow Protector- Duvet Covers
As always we wash our linens in HOT water, Commercial laundry detergent, Bleach (for whites) and Fabric Softener. We are Open and Available for your linen rental year round!!!!
NO REFUNDS--Due to the current critical economic circumstances we cannot offer a monetary refund at this time. We CAN hold your order as a credit towards your next stay with us in Cape May for this year or next.
